We want you to be 100% satisfied! Return any item within 60 days of purchase and we will refund your merchandise price, credit your charge card, replace the item or credit your account towards a more suitable item – as you desire.
Returns
If the item is defective/damaged, or if a shipping error was made, we will also refund postage, handling and any gift-wrapping charges for that item.
Gift order recipients may exchange items or receive a gift certificate.
How to Return Merchandise
Use the original carton whenever possible. Otherwise use a strong and secure carton, sealed securely with tape.
Fill out and enclose the return form, found on the back of the packing slip you received with your order.
Use the pre-printed return label provided on the packing slip you received with your order.
Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D returns.
We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the merchandise. If you are requesting a credit card refund, please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear.
